Vue & E-Commerce Platform Migration

The Challenge

Legacy storefronts on Magento were hard to maintain and extend. The business needed a modern, responsive experience for both B2B and direct-to-consumer channels, with support tooling (ZenDesk) and commerce (Commerce Tools) integrated into the same ecosystem.

The Approach

Zendesk + Commerce Tools

• Engineered a Vue-based Zendesk widget that connected with Commerce Tools, streamlining customer support and order context in one place.

Magento to Vue/Nuxt

• Led migration of key features from Magento to a Nuxt-powered Vue app. Kept URLs and business logic consistent while delivering an agile, responsive UI that worked across B2B and D2C.

Execution

Incremental migration with clear ownership of the Vue/Nuxt app and integrations. Coordinated with backend and support teams so that Commerce Tools and Zendesk stayed in sync with the new frontend.
